eFOLDi Lite Mobility Scooter
Weighing just 15kg, the eFOLDi Lite was released in 2020 and updated in 2021. This ultralightweight mobility scooter will fold down to fit snugly into the boot of even the smallest car.
A low centre of gravity, pneumatic tyres and an immensely sturdy and rigid magnesium alloy frame give the eFOLDi Lite strength and stability. Features include floating seat suspension, magnesium alloy frame, pneumatic tyres and airline safe lithium batteries.

eFOLDi Explorer (MK 1.5) Mobility Scooter
The award winning eFOLDi Explorer MK 1.5 is the lightest 8mph mobility scooter available in the UK and folds down to easily fit into a car boot.
Weighing just 17kg, it’s a manageble mobility scooter to lift into the car. This scooter is also aeroplane safe and easy to transport onto a train or bus.
The low centre of gravity, aluminium alloy frame, lithium battery pack and 4 point suspension seat make the Explorer MK 1.5 a fantastic choice for daily use.

eFOLDi Power Chair
The most innovative feature of this outstanding powerchair is the attendant control switch on the handles, meaning a person can be pushed while using the chair but with powered assist.
Ultra lightweight and foldable, like all of the eFOLDi range, the power chair weighs just 15kg and has a lithium battery offering a 12 mile travel range.

The eFOLDi Story
When renowned designer and inventor Jainmin Wang fell off stage and injured his leg in 2013, he couldn’t find a mobility scooter to fit his needs – presumably something ultra lightweight, portable and fun to use. He set about designing his own scooter and, with his daughter Sumi, he created the eFOLDi MK1.0.
Having won the British Invention of the Year Award in 2016, eFOLDi recieved significant investment from Sir Richard Branson.
With advancements in product development, the eFOLDi range continues to grow and improve. The eFOLDi MK 1.5 (an enhancement on the MK 1.0) was released in late 2018 whilst a brand new model focussing on ultralightweight portability (the eFOLDi Lite) was released in 2020.
